Beginning with a relationship based on respect and empathy, we can assist you to identify negative thought patterns, repetitive behavioural patterns or maladaptive relationship patterns that have caused you pain. We can also help you to articulate the difficult emotions you have experienced and assist you to process these emotions in helpful ways so that you don’t feel so stuck. All strategies are evidence-based and focus on self-awareness and self-compassion that can eventually empower you to grow and thrive.
